It was a beautiful evening for our annual Community Barbeque this year. There was a variety of salads and of course, as always, lots of delicious deserts. The Pangman Co-op provided the burgers and hot dogs for everyone to enjoy.
After we enjoyed our supper, we were entertained by the Judy K Band, a local group of musicians: Judy Koszman (piano), Phil Trylinski (drums), Doug McCullough (guitar), and Gary Penner (bass). They performed some of Judy’s original songs and Doug sang some other tunes.
Some cyclists stopped into town and we invited them to join us at our Barbeque. Angelo, Ally and Olmo, three Italian Scots are doing a bike tour of Canada. You can read more about their adventures on their blog, wheelsaretakingusaway . They posted a very nice article about their visit to Saskatchewan and Pangman.
