Pangman Days Community BBQ Friday evening August 10, 2012 the EDB is hosting a Community BBQ in the Gazebo Park. The Pangman Co-op is providing the burgers. Salads & Desserts are potluck. Coffee & juice provided. Everyone is WELCOME. Peter Sumbody -Journey’s End Studio is planning to provide us with music at the Gazebo.

Farmers Market Saturday, August 11, 2012 – Main Street Pangman, SK. Vendors Welcome. 50/50 Draw. Collector Car Raffle. Southern Prairie Railway Train arrived about 10:45 am. Picture Opportunity Time.
Big Muddy Bus Tour, Saturday, August 11, 2012. Leaves Pangman RM office at 9:20 am; Ogema Cafe – 9:45 am and Bengough Highway Area – 10:30 am (times approx.). Bring your own bag lunch. Limited Seating – 1st come, 1st served. Tickets are $50.00 per person – contact Sylvia Fitzgerald – 459-2253; Isobel Sample – 442-4200 and Darlene Kessler – 442-2180. Sponsored by the Pangman United Church. The bus tour will be visiting Castle Butte, Buffalo Effigy, Big Beaver General Store, the Museum & the School. The bus is air conditioned and commentary by Florence Galbraith who grew up in the area.

Community Fundraiser for Lloyd & Leanne Lillejord, Saturday, August 18, 2012, 6:00 pm at the Pangman School Gym. The meal will be Roast Beef with all the fixings. Only 200 tickets are available. Adults $20.00; 12 & under $10.00. Door Prizes, Silent Auction, 50/50. You can purchase tickets at the Hometown Cafe or call Boyd at 442-4333 or Dan at 442-2114. Donations accepted at the Cafe.
As well the Farmers Market is held every Saturday morning from 9:00 am to Noon. Also the swimming pool is open daily and there are Adult Aquasize Classes every morning at the pool at 8:00 am.
