Deep South Personal Care Home Annual Meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 25th, 7 pm at the Community Centre.
Pangman Co-op Annual Meeting will be held at the Pangman Community Centre on March 26th, 2015 at 7:30 pm. Coffee & Donuts will be served. The Co-op Board has four director positions open (3 – 3 year terms & 1 – 1 year term). You can pick up nomination papers at the Co-op. Nominations close on March 24th, 2015.
Pangman & District Economic Development Board Annual Meeting will be held at the Pangman Community Centre on March 30th, 7 pm.
Pangman Recreation Board Annual Meeting tentatively scheduled for March 31st – 7 pm at the Community Centre.
Our Annual Pangman Days Weekend will be held on August 10th, 11th and 12th, 2012.
Pangman Days Community BBQ Friday evening August 10, 2012 the EDB is hosting a Community BBQ in the Gazebo Park. The Pangman Co-op is providing the burgers. Salads & Desserts are potluck. Coffee & juice provided. Everyone is WELCOME. Peter Sumbody -Journey’s End Studio is planning to provide us with music at the Gazebo.

On Saturday, March 31, 2012 a Customer Appreciation Afternoon was held at the Pangman Community Centre from 1 to 4 pm.
Six local businesses and groups were there to thank the community for their support over the last year, namely: Radius Credit Union, Pangman Co-op, Grainbelt Agencies, Hometown Cafe, Pangman Daycare and the Pangman & District Economic Development Board.
A lunch of fresh buns, cold cuts, cheese, pickles and dessert was served during the afternoon. Door prizes were drawn for and 50/50 tickets were sold by the Economic Development Board.
The Annual Meeting of the Pangman Co-op was held on Wednesday, March 21, 2012 at the Pangman Community Centre. Don Gurskey chaired the meeting.
Monica Wilson, Manager, reported that a new hoist has been installed in the garage, that building materials (lumber, gyproc etc) will be available for purchase soon. She thanked the staff for their hard work over the past year. As well she presented the Financial Report.
There were no new board members elected this year. Vera Knox, Susan Peters and Norman Merritt, whose terms were up this year, all agreed to stay on another year.

On Thursday, April 7th, 2011 the Pangman Co-op held its 75th Annual Meeting. About 100 people attended the supper of Kentucky Fried Chicken at 6 pm and the meeting which followed at 7 pm.
Don Gursky chaired the meeting. The Pangman Co-op was presented with a plaque from the Federated Co-op. Monica was presented with a ring for her 15 years as an employee of the Co-op. The Federated Co-op Limited Delegates donated $150.00 to Charity Farms. Monica Wilson presented the Retail Manger’s Report. Susan Peters presented the Delegates Report.
Mayor Rod Rowland and Chuck Jacques congratulated the Pangman Co-op on their 75th Anniversary.
The official date of incorporation for the Pangman Co-op was April 1, 1936. The Co-op started out in a small building located where the cafe is today. It later moved to the building where the current Post Office is located. Later it moved to the present site of the Service Station. The earliest minutes on record are from 1944. In 2005 the Pangman Co-op opened the grocery store and at 2010 year end the grocery store has a black bottom line before FCL patronage.
