On September 3rd we had our last Aquasize class for 2010. Everyone enjoyed the aquasize classes and we hope that these can arranged again in the summer of 2011.
On Monday, September 6th, we got together and presented Sabrina with a card and gift basket to say thank you to her for leading the aquasize classes.
The adult aquasize class has been running since early July. So far they have had good weather for the classes. They were originally at 9:00 a.m. but the time has now changed to 8:00 a.m.
I went over to check out what was happening at the aquasize class one morning. It was a beautiful warm morning and it looked like everyone was enjoying themselves in the water.
If you are are looking for an exercise that is not too hard on the body, you may want to try an aquasize class. If you do not have a season pass for the pool, the cost is $4.00 per class.
