Debra Trylinski presenting Welcome Basket to Gavin & Debbie Porter

On Wednesday, July 7th,  members of the Economic Development Board presented a Welcome Basket to Gavin and Debbie Porter.

Gavin and Debbie immigrated from the United Kingdom 3 years ago and until recently were living in Regina. Debbie commutes to work at Pennington’s in East Regina and Gavin drives transport for Yanke, but presently is off work due to an injury.  They have a Chocolate Lab named Ruffus.

Debbie & Gavin Porter

This past year we have a number of new residents in town and would like to say Welcome to all of them.  We invite all the new residents to a Barbeque on Friday, August 6th at the Gazebo in the Park. It is pot luck with the burgers and buns being supplied.  We hope to see all the new residents there.

Over the next few months the Economic Development Board will be presenting all the new residents from January 2010 with Welcome Baskets.

We hope that you are enjoying Pangman and hope to see you at the Barbeque and other town functions.
